What an EICR involves

C1, C2, C3 and FI observations
C1 – Danger present

C2- Potentially dangerous
A fault could become dangerous. Urgent remedial action is required.
C3- Improvement recommended
An improvement would increase safety, but the issue does not warrant C1 or C2.
FI- Further investigation required without delay
Further investigation is needed to establish whether a danger or potentially dangerous condition exists.
