Domestic Electrical Services
Consumer Unit & Fuse Board Upgrades
We install and replace consumer units and fuse boards, including upgrades to older electrical installations. We can assess your existing installation, recommend an appropriate solution and complete the required electrical testing and certification.
Full & Partial Rewires
We undertake full and partial house rewires, whether you’re renovating a property, extending your home or upgrading an older electrical installation.
We complete the first fix and return when your property is ready for second fix. For rewiring projects, we ask for 50% payment following completion of the first fix.
EICRs & Electrical Testing
We provide Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) for homeowners, landlords and other property owners.
Your electrical installation is inspected and tested, and you’ll receive a report detailing its condition and any observations identified. We can also quote separately for any remedial work required.
Electrical Fault Finding & Repairs
If you have tripping electrics, faulty sockets, lighting problems, loss of power or another electrical fault, we can investigate the problem and identify the cause.
Our standard fault-finding callout is £85.
Small Electrical Jobs
Small jobs are welcome. We carry out socket and switch replacements, lighting repairs, extractor fans, cooker connections, doorbells, minor alterations and other domestic electrical work.
Garden Rooms, Summer Houses & Outbuildings
We can provide electrical supplies for garden rooms, summer houses, garages, sheds and other outbuildings, including sockets, lighting and distribution equipment.
Extractor Fans
We install and replace bathroom, kitchen and other extractor fans, including electrical supplies and controls where required.
Smoke, Heat & Fire Alarms
We install, replace and upgrade smoke alarms, heat alarms and appropriate fire detection equipment for domestic properties.
Electric Shower Installation
We install and replace electric showers and can provide the necessary electrical circuit, isolation and protection where required.
The existing electrical installation will be checked to ensure it is suitable for the shower being installed.

Yes. We carry out small electrical jobs and repairs including sockets, switches, lighting, extractor fans, cooker connections, doorbells and fault finding.
Can I get an EICR certificate?
Yes. We provide EICRs for homeowners, landlords and other property owners. The installation is inspected and tested and you’ll receive an Electrical Installation Condition Report detailing its condition.
